The use of impact oils allows for easy maintenance and repairs which can be carried out by the homeowner. Impact oils display minimal ageing of the coating with the true timber colours dominating the appearance of the floor. Impact oils are unlikely to ghost due to the nature of application, this is also confirmed by us never seeing evidence on an oiled floor.
